Return Policy

CANADIAN BUYERS Please pay with google checkout, our credit card terminal is not accepting credit cards from outside USA.

BUYER ACCEPTANCE Installation and/or use of the goods by the buyer shall constitute an irrevocable acceptance of the merchandise.

CUSTOMER DELIVERY SPECIFICATION: If you need to receive your order on a specific day, contact us before placing your order.

SHIPPING TIME: Most orders are ready for shipping in 1 week for reproduction tiles and 2 weeks for hand painted. For order of 50 tiles or more 2-3 weeks.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS: We currently only ship to the United States and Canada. For customers in Alaska, Haiwaii and Puerto Rico we suggest you send us an email with a list of what you want to order and shipping address. We may be able to send your tiles using the post office.

SHIPPING CARRIER: We strongly suggest you use UPS instead of the post office. UPS has free insurance for the first $100. If we need to make a claim, it can be done by phone. UPS has a great tracking system.

We do not have the personnel to follow through on claims with the post office. The post office requires payment for insurance and tracking separately. In addition, if you need to make a claim, you must take the damaged package to the post office and complete the insurance claim paperwork.

ADDRESS CORRECTION: In cases of incorrect or incomplete address, including missing floor, suite or zip code numbers, UPS will charge an additional $10.00 per shipping to redirect the shipment. Your credit card will be charge this extra fee.

EXTRA TIME TO COMPLETE ORDER: If we need more time to complete your order, we will let you know as soon as possible by email.

DELIVERY SERVICE: Choosing UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS 3 Day Select means you will receive your order faster than UPS Ground Service. It does not mean we can produce your tiles in 1, 2 or 3 days.

USING YOUR TILES: If you choose to send us your tiles to be decorated, please carefully check each tile before packing it. Your tiles must be clean and in good condition in order for us to be able to fire them. We can not use tiles with paper glued on the back, please clean and dry the tiles before to send them. If we receive your tiles with paper glued on the back will be charge of $10.00 minimum for cleaning. (Please include extra tiles.)

GIFT CARDS: Valid for 6 months from the date of the invoice.

PAYMENT: Because each order is customized to comply with your instructions, we require full payment (including shipping) when the order is placed. We accept credit card purchases using VISA, MasterCard. If you want to use American Express make the payment trough Google checkout. When your order is ready for shipping, we charge your credit card.

For orders of more than $500, we charge 50% when your design is approved or the order is placed, and the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card when the order is ready for delivery.

RETURN CHECKS: If your check is returned unpaid we will charge $30.00 fee in addition of your invoice.

RETURNS: Please print out and read the copy of your order carefully. If you have made any mistakes, contact us immediately, and let us know what corrections are to be made.

We do not accept returns on mistakes made by our customers and address tiles. We accept returns only if we have made an error (full refund) or if you receive a design whose quality is not what you expected. We do not refund shipping charges.

If you are not pleased with our work, please send us a email or call us for a return authorization. Repack the item carefully and return it
within 30 days of the invoice date.

No
returns allowed if customer sends the tiles to be decorated. We suggest you order a sample of our tiles so you can see their quality.

COLOR MATCHING: If you want to match a color, please send us a color chart. An easy way to do this, is pickup a color from any paint store and mail us the color sample. Trying to match a color from the computer screen is almost impossible.

IF YOU ARE SENDING YOUR TILES: Pack your tiles very well. To be able to work with your tiles we need to receive them clean and in good condition from the front and the back, we can not work with chipped tiles or with tiles that have any thing attached on the back. Include extra tiles in your package.
